We are sorry that you felt we should be surprised at the broken box of noodles. Unfortunately, this is a normal occurrence when we import noodles. The boxes of Noodle can be broken and might or not affect the content.
The reason we asked for the broken one is to know the amount of refund we can issue to resolve the situation faster.
You have requested for us to replace it so we intend to pick the one you have and give you another with a good box. We are trying to plan our route with your location as pick up and drop off will cost us. Please be patient with us while. We work on this.
